The seat is too hard, you can not adjust the back at all. Not a comfortable chair to sit in.I needed a chair that was a maximum 24" in height when folded and this chair meets that. Came in a large box with all the screws and tools needed to assemble it. The cushions and folding mechanism were already assembled I just had to screw it to the base plate and tube. Everything else popped right in with no issues.So far the folding mechanism has worked great. You need to push both buttons in to unlatch the locking pins. Easiest way to fold it is to push the button with each hand then use your chest to push the back just a tad, then you can let go of the buttons and fold it by hand. The chair itself is decently comfortable. I had a Amazon basics chair before and the padding is about twice as thick on this one.The one thing I do notice, in order to get the chair to fold to a low height the arm rests seem lower than on a non-folding chair. This isn't too much a problem for me as I don't really use them. When folded up they don't completely fold out of the way and if I sit back in the chair they will hit my shoulders.I received the item on time and put it together easily. The chair is comfortable and great support but due to some defects 2 of the legs broke within a week. The seller resolved the issue quickly and courteously. It's worth the price if your willing to try it.Update: 2 months after the seller sent the replacement 2 of the wheels broke on the replacement as well. Even though I used this chair for my gaming set up I only sat in it a couple times a week. I'm not a competitive PC gamer so not much if any movements other than the nessicary and I still weight under the posted weight limit for this chair. It's still comfortable but unless you're buying this for a small framed person I suggest just getting a chair from your local Walmart or spending a few extra dollars for a studier chair.We wanted a chair like this for our built in kitchen desk. The desk is in a narrow area and I needed a chair that could go under the desk. This chair fits perfectly under the desk when folded down. It is a pretty comfortable chair also. It doesn't appear to made from high quality materials so I am not sure how long it will last. We have only had it for a month but it is great so far.The product practically come nearly assembled, which makes it easy to assemble. This chair is not good for a tall person, but I am not tall. It's not the most comfortable chair to set in 8-9 hours days. I suggest walk around about 2 to 3 hours duringthe work. day. I do like the fact the chair does fit under my desk which save space which is the main reason I selected this chair. The bottom you have to push to fold the is not easy to do. It takes me usual two trys before I successfully push both buttons at the same time due to they stick a little.Love these chairs. Bought two of them. One of them was defective. Customer service was great! Replacement was sent right away and without hassle. The folding backs are a huge plus for space saving. They slide easily under the desk.It's squeaking already when I recline and not in the recline position.It is an easy to build chair and the tools are provided. The only complain I have is the seat is to firm, but all in all it is a good chair. I am able to fold the back and store it under my desk and it won't get in the way of my daily activities.
