Like the look of the chair and the many available adjustments as I am short. The arms, seat and back are all adjustable. It is being used with a secretary's desk so I needed the height adjustment and it worked perfectly. I ordered the Pearl color which is a silvery, gray shade and not a cream shade. Very pretty but not if you are looking for a more creamy or beige shade.very comfortable office chair. easy to assembleVery well built and comfortable.Absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship of this chair. The teal one looks exactly as pictured. Great color and the padding is soft, supportive, and thick. Very comfortable, easy to assemble, and high quality.Good looking chair. Good features. But the chair wobbles on the gas base. Tried reaching the customer service but no response.Will not buy. Will stick with known brandsThis Flash II desk chair by Pago has been a nice upgrade from my past office chair, but I had some issues with the quality of the arms specifically. Once I fixed the arms (the company sent new ones), the chair has been very comfortable throughout the workday, and aesthetically pleasing. The chair arrived nicely packed into a box, with some quick assembly required. Unfortunately, one of the chair arms was immediately broken upon arrival. The button that moves the arm up and down had completely fallen apart, with a washer and spring loose in the package. I was able to reassemble that one, but then the other arm broke in the same way as well! It seems that there is some issue with the plastic piece that holds the arms together - it has a tendency to not be properly secured within the arm, so it may fall out and take the washer and spring with it. I signed up for the 15 year warranty and contacted the company about both arms. Within a week they sent new ones that have worked so far. So I appreciate their quick customer service, and can now use the chair normally.Arms aside, the assembly of the chair was very quick, maybe 10-15 minutes. I like that the base of the chair and casters are metal. It feels very high quality compared to most office chairs, and the casters roll really smoothly. It is also nice that so many aspects of the chair are adjustable: the angle of the back, the angle of the seat, and the height are all adjustable with different levers. They lock securely once you find your optimal position. I really like the way that the chair is padded as well, compared to your basic mesh office chairs. I have been using this chair for a few work weeks now, and have found it very comfortable. I experience a lot of pain in one of my hip joints that can get aggravated if it is at the wrong angle. The Pago chair greatly helps minimize that compared to other office chairs that I have used. Also, I have tried out a few office chairs that gave me back pain out of nowhere. The Pago chair did not do this, so I have overall found it quite comfortable for my personal posture. Other people may require additional ergonomic support, but this chair works for me quite well. Ultimately, now that I have fixed the arms of the chair, I am quite enjoying using it, and I appreciate Pago's customer service in making their customers happy.this is a very nice quality chair and it has a 10 year warranty! this is something you don't see very often in a typical gaming chair.
