I've seen reviews where the people complained about having trouble figuring out how to put it together. The directions are adequate for the average person to channel their inner kindergartener and put together this simple puzzle. There are pictures and a diagram but no letter or numbers to mark each piece. Still, it's not rocket science.I used mine for holding my many pairs of eyeglasses on my dresser. This elephant is perfect size to hold 5 - 6 pairs of glasses which is good because I have another pair coming in the mail. It's made of a soft wood and mine had some dents in one of the outside pieces. I placed that piece towards the back so it can't be seen but there are a couple of other dents in areas I can't hide so I dinged the seller back with minus one star ;) It's a low price item so I'll keep it with its little imperfections.Be careful when you put it together. It’s basically made out of styrofoam and it broke when I was trying to push two pieces in together.This is the second one I am buying and I am totally pleased with this pencil holder, its durable, decorative and very functional.I got this for my home office. It holds do much without taking up space.Cheap but cute.I love the design. You need to be very careful when assembling it. It is made out of very cheap and light material that break easily.I like my elephant pen holder because it is very efficient at its job, has plenty of room for my stuff, and I especially like it because elephants are symbolic in one of my best friend's sorority.Honestly took under 5 mins to put together. Holds 2 remotes for tv, a brush, pen and room for more. Definitely needs weight in the main body to balance mobile. Really happy with it.One slight flaw, no design on the front of elephant. Another reviewer had commented on this, and I agree, would have looked so much better to carry the pattern over.Overall lovely item.This looks beautiful if only I had the right pieces. I have 2 pieces of 5 and no 3 so the whole thing is unusable. Would like to have this rectified so I can useI found this really easy to put together and its really sturdy and holds all my pens. Plus when I am studying it holds my mobile for music and streaming. Love it.This comes in pieces to be put together. I think it's a bit expensive for some polystyrene pieces. Haven't put it together as it's a present for someone.I was so looking forward to receiving this for my desk for work and was absolutely gutted when I opened it to find that both tusks had snapped off ?
