This product was perfect for my needs. No assembly required. Dimensions were great for my home office. Lock is secure for my private files. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of a secure filing cabinet.So many positives - it arrived in perfect condition, the minor assembly was a breeze, the lock works, it's mobile, and it appears to be well made. The only negative goes back to the lock and key. While the cabinet does lock, it's not necessarily a smooth locking/unlocking process. Overall, however, I feel like it I made an excellent purchase.I have been using this product for around 1 year. It is quite sturdy and for most part I like it. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is the frangibility of the keys. I broke one key inside the lock. The bad news is that in U.S. it's very difficult to find a local store that can copy the same size key, i.e. the key is too small that all the stores I visited cannot duplicate it. However, the good news is that the seller was quick in responding to my request, they sent me 4 additional keys so that I do not need to worry for not having any usable key in quite a long time. One advice for buying this product: be careful when turning the key inside the lock, if you encounter big resistance, you'd better first check whether the lock inside is properly placed, do not overuse the strength, this is a bit annoying, but once you are used to that, that's OK. Generally speaking, I like this product and I appreciate their quick response and good service.The model number I'm reviewing is PCA002B1 - 17.1 x 14.6 x 23.6 inches. Could not be happier with purchase. After reading reviews, I was very worried about my cabinet arriving dented, but it arrived packed very well and in perfect condition. I feel extremely lucky. As for the cabinet itself, it's awesome... wish I'd ordered one years ago. Fits perfectly underneath desk and the wheels provide mobility which is handy as all get out! Love everything about it.I like this file cabinet a lot because it’s built very strong and heavy and it was easy to assemble .. just the wheels. What I love most is way the drawers pull all the way out (many other cabinets do not). The reason I gave it 4 starts and not 5 is because of the minor dent on the lower drawer, bottom right corner. For that reason, it makes that drawer look every so slightly off (see my photos). What puzzles me is that it was packed like a drum! There were heavy plastic corner guards all around it and it was encased in sturdy cardboard supports. But I thought... there’s no way this got damaged in shipping. AhhHaa . . . which leaves me to believe it was damaged BEFORE it was packed. I must say, the damage is slight and really.. I’m the only one that notices it. I still recommend buying it. Just be away there could be a minor “flaw” it you’re willing to live with it. Otherwise, it’s a great piece.The cabinet was reasonably sturdy metal and overall quality appears to be good. There is one flaw in the cheap resin casters that come with it. Why would a manufacturer make a nice metal set of drawers and cheap out with plastic casters? One caster broke immediately after installing. The drawers are currently unusable to me without casters. The manufacturer responded promptly and promised to send a replacement caster from China. I will await the part before revisiting this review. My fear is the replacement caster and the others will not stand the rigors of even residential office use. This issue caused me consider sending it back, but it is way too heavy to handle in that regard. UPDATE: The replacement part arrived and was installed. Time will tell if it can hold up. Upgraded to four stars as the cabinet is everything else I was needing for a particular application. I was impressed with the reactive customer service; they really tried their best to make it right.I looked at several similar file cabinets and the one thing that really concerned me with each one of them that I looked at had comments about the drawer not holding letter size hanging folders properly. I finally settled on this cabinet though and honestly, I can't imagine why so many people had problems setting up the drawer. It came with 2 short bars and 1 long bar. I wanted my files to go from front to back so I took a look at the directions just to make sure I was doing this right, took the long bar, slide it into place, and the files fit perfectly. The cabinet rolls effortlessly and the locking mechanism works properly. I wasn't pleased with the packaging though. When the cabinet was delivered, the shipping box had been ripped at the top and then retaped with Prime package tape to reclose it and the rest of the box was really banged up, too. The cabinet was packed in styrofoam braces and one of those was shattered. I was sure that the cabinet would be damaged and I would have to return it, but it survived without a scratch or dent. I'm very pleased with my purchase!The filing cabinate really suited my needs.A neat,sturdy unit. Fits under the desk nicely and looks dicreet. Two single drawers with pens insert really useful. Does the job we wanted it to.
