The arm that goes over the top says 3.3” in the measurement. This is not true. I have a 3” cubicle and this arm did not fit over the top without bending. I was able to secure the shelf but it does look a bit wonky with the bent arm.Product does hold my plants perfectly however, so I am mostly happy.
