The product is very good quality except it arrived cracked , but will recommend the product.This desk is great but the instructions were all in pictures and some were difficult to figure out so it took a very long time to put together. It does not state that you need a drill but after a long while of using a screwdriver it became very difficult with the extremely small nails and I don’t know how I would’ve completed without the drillOnce I finally managed to get it all put together, the desk is fantastic. Nice and sturdy with lots of storage space.The problem is the assembly directions are abysmal. The diagrams are not always helpful, and there's absolutely no additional direction to help you outside of the pictures.Had to dig through customer reviews to figure out how to detach the runners to be able to screw them to the drawers, because the directions just assume you already know how to do that going and will make no attempt to explain it to you.This product serves its purpose. Great desk, and I love the fact that I can reposition it to fit at certain angles. Last photo has a small crack in one of the pieces delivered, it doesn’t seem to affect the sturdiness of the desk. It was fairly easy to put together except for the drawer part. My husband had to help me and he still had some difficulty. The main issue I have with this desk is that the drawers do not close completely. If the drawers did close I would purchase two more desks in an instant because I still need two more desks. I won’t be returning the desk because it would probably be too much of a hassle boxing everything back up. Just be aware if you do purchase this desk the issue with the drawers. Everything functions well and it really is a great desk other than the drawer issue.The instructions have 3 glaring errors.- look at steps 5 and 6. Should the rails be aligned to the near side, like step 6 suggests, or the far side of the board, like step 5 suggests? Spoiler warning: neither!- at step 21, do you think you should put the bolt through the small round holes? Wrong again!If you want your drawers to close all the way as pictured, and not stick cracked open for 1 inch, you should shift the rails inwards by 1 hole at each of these steps.The part 17 I got is not really designed for that (the next hole is a vertical oval), but I managed. Hope the drawer doesn’t slide too far down with time.That, or the holes on my drawer walls (11 and 12) and bigger walls (3 and 4) were an inch off.I spent 40 minutes of my life cursing the instructions writer and redoing these bolts. Who is paying for this?Just how I imagined desk to be.it is very sturdy and good value for money. Assembling takes time but it is very well explained in the instructions manualI hate putting things together but this was easy to my surprise . It did take a few hours and I did already have a drill which came in handy.I have this desk in my office and lemme tell you that it was so easy to put together and looks so great. You can even adjust the bottom shelf to a higher or lower position!
