I also received a message from the company apologizing and checking to make sure I received the replacement.Overall, very happy with this drawer - it's the perfect addition to my standing desk!//////////////////Pretty sure I got a returned product - there were no adhesive stickers for me to add to the tray itself, the handle was already placed on here, and there were two adhesive stickers that were already on the tray with no protective paper so the tray itself was stuck to the cardboard box. Thought I was going to snap the tray taking it apart from the cardboard.Reached out for a return and will hopefully receive a new one soon.Very nice for my standing desk , good space for stationary, gum , fidgets small things.Easy install using the provided double sided tape. Does not come with screw holes, as I've seen some items have, in case you wanted to forego the tape and secure with screws. However, you can, very carefully, add them, with the right drill bit. Pay attention to the arrow during install to be sure you don't install backwards. The instructions state to wait 24 hours, after install, prior to placing any weight in drawer. After 24 hours, and a few light tugs, the double sided tape seems to have a strong hold. I am using on the underside of a workstation, so, although finished on top, the drawer is underneath, attached to raw wood. I will update this review if, after time and use, the drawer doesn't hold.The drawer, plastic bracket that holds the drawer to the desk, and sliding bin inside the drawer, all seem well made. Not thin or flimsy feeling.Does not hang too low, so no bumping into it with you legs when seated at the desk.Nice amount of space inside. The sliding bin on top adds extra organization and space.A bit pricey, but provides more space than other plastic drawers, and not as pricey as the metal ones.The color is as pictured.Arrived in tact, without any cracks or missing pieces. Comes with the drawer, a flat plastic bracket that attaches to the desk and holds the drawer, several pieces of double sided tape and the additional storage bin for inside the drawer.Just what I needed for my desk to add some extra storage. Super easy to use and install on the desk.Really great to use with standing desk. Love this helps me organize pens etcWhile I love this drawer, it does detach easily which is annoying, Other than that, it's great!
